  • Video files: Secure cloud storage with Cloudflare R2 (EU servers)
  • Analysis data: Supabase database (EU region)
  • All data stored within the European Union for GDPR compliance

  • End-to-end encryption for all data transmission
  • Encrypted storage for video files and analysis data
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Multi-factor authentication available for accounts
  • SOC 2 compliant infrastructure partners

Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data retained as long as your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Video files: Automatically deleted 90 days after account deletion
  • Backup data: Securely deleted within 6 months

For GAA youth teams, we recommend adult coaches or managers create and manage accounts with appropriate consent from parents/guardians.
