1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PáircPro ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

PáircPro is a web-based video analysis platform specifically designed for Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) sports including Football and Hurling. Our Service includes:

• Video upload and multi-angle analysis tools
• GAA-specific event tagging and statistics
• Match analysis and reporting features
• Cloud storage for video files and analysis data
• Collaboration tools for coaches and analysts

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or entity per account (no sharing credentials)
• You must be 16 years or older to create an account

Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

• Analyze GAA match footage for legitimate coaching purposes
• Create and share analysis with your team members
• Export data for your own use and reporting
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

Prohibited Activities

• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Share access credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Violate any third-party rights or privacy

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all video files and analysis data you upload
• You grant us license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law

Our Intellectual Property

• PáircPro platform, software, and algorithms are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code or features
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
• This license terminates when your account is closed

Copyright Protection

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@paircpro.ie with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content
• Your contact information and electronic signature
• Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized

6. Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription Plans

• Coach Plan: €97/month, 7-day trial available
• Premium Plan: €147/month, no trial
• Enterprise Plan: €497/month, custom billing available

Billing and Payment

• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before billing date
• All prices include applicable VAT
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds and Cancellation

• 7-day free trial for Coach plans (no refund needed)
• Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, no refund for current month
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months
• No refunds for violations of Terms of Service

7. Service Availability and Support

Uptime and Availability

• We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for downtime beyond our control

Customer Support

• Coach Plan: Email support with 48-hour response time
• Premium Plan: Email support with 24-hour response time
• Enterprise Plan: Priority support with dedicated account manager

Data Backup and Recovery

• We maintain regular backups of your data
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
• We cannot guarantee recovery of all data in case of system failure

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• We only collect data necessary to provide the Service
• Your video content remains private and is not shared
• Data stored securely in EU-based servers
• You can export or delete your data at any time

9. Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Limitations

• Storage limits based on your subscription plan
• Video upload limits may apply to prevent abuse
• Processing time depends on video size and server load
• Some features may be in beta and subject to change

Disclaimer of Warranties

PáircPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Operation will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All data will be preserved indefinitely
• Third-party integrations will always function correctly

10. Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PáircPro's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages caused by your misuse of the Service
• Third-party actions or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PáircPro harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you upload or share
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights

11. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

• Cancel your subscription anytime through account settings
• Download your data before cancellation
• Access continues until end of billing period

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Cause harm to other users or our platform

Effect of Termination

• Access to Service immediately terminates
• Data deleted after 30-day grace period
• Outstanding fees remain payable
• Surviving clauses continue to apply

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in Irish courts.

Dispute Resolution

1. Direct Contact: Contact us first to resolve issues amicably
2. Mediation: Attempt mediation before formal proceedings
3. Legal Action: File suit in Dublin, Ireland if necessary

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
